I’m a Qualified Integrative Counsellor, drawing on different approaches to tailor our work to your needs.
At the heart of my practice is working collaboratively and building a trusting connection where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific issue or a range of things, I’m here to help you navigate the journey. I use Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT approaches to give support that’s unique to you.
You can choose from time-limited or open-ended sessions, available in person, online or over the phone — whichever suits you.
I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation by video call or phone. This gives you the opportunity to see if working with me feels right for your needs. I can also answer any questions you may have about the process. If it turns out that I'm not the best match, I can refer you to a trusted professional colleague who may be better suited to your needs.
If you decide my approach feels right, we can then book in for a full therapy session. It's £50 per session and each session is 50 minutes.
In the first session we can explore what has brought you to therapy in more depth and begin to consider what you'd like to gain from our work together. We can also gently review how you feel things are going during further sessions.
